Default Keyboard special keys not working

I have a Mitsumi wireless keyb/mouse combo (mode: KFK-EC0HR) that works fine except the special keys across the top (back/fwd/refresh/volume/mail etc.) don't operate except the sleep button (quarter moon logo). This used to work many donkeys ago and I've never got round to sorting it though. Looked online but no joy for drivers etc. Can't see any settings in XP that gets them working either.

Any ideas?

Here might be able to help....

http://www.mitsumi.de/index4.html

Most keyboards with additional functions need the drivers.....

The keyboard must have come with a drivers cd. You will need to install it before you can use any of the extra features. We have the same with the ibm enhanced keyboards with quick launch for IE, excel, word, volume....

Any other suggestions?

As above, I tried their site with no joy. Could send e-mail to their tech support I suppose.
