Default Writing DVD-RAM discs

I have just got myself a new Pioneer DVR-110 which supports the DVD-RAM format and seems to read discs just fine.

The only thing I seem to have a problem with is writing to the disc, it allows me to drag the files over but then marks them as 'files waiting to be written to disc' but when I try and write them it suggests the disc is full or write protected.

The disc is empty and formatted to FAT32.

Is there specific software I should be using to write to RAM discs?

Thanks

David
