Double click stopped working in Xp

Anyone seen this? Bloody annoying. Reboot doesn't fix it either

Try double clicking the right mouse button a few times and see if it switches back.

Thanks for the suggestion. In the end, I had to do a system restore. Looks like it was the Java Runtime causing it!
