Prodrive removed my ebay auction

Default Prodrive removed my ebay auction

received a warning message from ebay that my item had been removed.
A set of AP 330mm disc's with alloy bells to replace the prodrive / alcon 1 piece disc.
not sure why they would care about this. i did use a prodrive logo pic but so do loads of items. strange

email from ebay :

Thank you for your recent auction-style listing on eBay. Unfortunately, we removed the following item(s):

4607060868 - Prodrive Alcon AP 330mm disks Alloy bells FD2500 pads


because Prodrive Motorsports Ltd reported it to us for breaching their intellectual property rights. When eBay is notified by a rights owner of an intellectual property rights infringement, eBay must remove the item in order to meet certain legal requirements.

Is he,
he replied very quickly and as suggested it was about using the prodrive logo. relisted the 330mm brake disks now without the logo.
Sit back and let the bidding comence.
