It's LLU broadband - not everywhere can get it....

Local Loop Unbundling.
...or in other words, removing BT's involvement in your broadband supply.

1. Min Contract Period: 12 month(s) - Not good if it turns out to be crap.
2. Maximum Contention: 50 to 1 - Not the best contention.
3. Unlimited downloads - I would be suspicious of this. Although I know UKOnline have a good rep. Just make sure there are no hidden AUPs, FUPs, SUPs etc.
4. As said LLU only.
