Outlook 2003 how do I display emails properly

Default Outlook 2003 how do I display emails properly
I have jsut splashed out on Outlook 2003 because of all the emails I receive but the preview box displays the emails with out the HTML formatting which makes them very hard to read!

Does anyone know how to turn it on otherwise its going in the bin!

Mail Format - ensure HTML is on...
Also, click on Internet Format and check these settings....

Yep its turned on but that looks to be more like the settings for outgoing mail?

I have spent about 4 hours on this so far

Strange mine works fine. You haven't got the "Read all standard main in plain text" option selected have you?

Nope the "Read all standard main in plain text" is not ticked also tried shut down and restart about 10 times still

This is the sort of thing displaying at the top of the email instead of the graphic (graphic and html auto downloading turned on):

Yep downloaded all patches from the microsoft site this morning, looks like I am going to have to give up

Unless you or someone else has any more ideas?

Nope, I can't think of anything else. I've got it installed on 4 machines, and have never seen a problem like this.
