any solutions on how you can use shared archive emails. The mailbox is full so will need to archive but you cant really share PSTs can you?

If using outlook AFAIK it hold the file open & locks it.

I don't think you can share PST's for multi-users.

yeah it locks it so i know i cant do that but not sure what else could be done. copy the pst on to each pc & let them work/modify their own one & send any modified emails to be viewed by the group back into the shared mailbox. Sounds abit messy though....

Not sure if this is the same as B2Z is suggesting but you can just drag the messages out to the file system and they'll be stored as .msg files.
