After being mucked around I need a good company with which to set up a business account. I can setup ebuyer and dabs accounts but would prefer to deal with one company.
So far who I have used have either a) not come back to me or b) been greatly overpriced compared to say ebuyer.
This is not a massive account (yet) - but there is a chance it will grow over the next year as our network groups - total endusers in the UK 5000 - so there is a potential as I bring consumables and peripherals into one process to grow.
Any recommendations?
Thanks,
Dave.

Our company did use Basilica now using Computer Centre..

The reason for the switch wasn't due to poor service AFAIK.

I'm not the person dealing with them direct, but when I need something, I get it quick.
We're a fairly large company with over 800 facilities, not sure how many in the UK alone, dealing with big contracts like the MOD and Oil companies so we need to be able to rely on our suppliers.

CC are doing good deals at the moment - hence why we went with them.
I deal direct with them, so far no that impressed - but probably just growing pains as they get used to way we work and us, the way the don't

I tried to set up an account with Inmac, but they were so bad, I was nearly very rude on the phone!!
Insight was used previously here, but I'm making a move to WStore who I've used before. I'm honest enough to say to the account manager that if I find the prices cheaper elsewhere I'd want it matched or better, or they can forget the business. They have beaten every quote I've had so far.
Can't say fairer than that!

Might try PC World Business, they've had very good prices compared to Dabs when we have tried them, completely different from PC World which is very overpriced for the most part.
