Cant seem to shift these from my PC whatever I throw at it....any ideas?

 

I take it you disabled system restore and tried ad aware and spybot ?

 

start up in safe mode, stop all the adware pocesses in Task Manager if any & delete all references in registry (check the AV websites for these viruses, theyll list all the processes/folders/files/registry values it uses)
