Do you know the depth of them, as there are 2. Also, is it a smooth coating or a rough coating like sandpaper?

Hi Darren,
Thats very kind of you, thanks.
It is approx 4mm deep and rough in texture.
I am trying to master the use of it left handed after a mini moto incident left me with a broken right collar bone
and it doesnt help that it is so worn.
