Default Microsoft publisher 2003 - webpage design

A mate of mine is using publisher to design a webpage but he can figure out how to create a scroll list in a box becasue he can't fit all the info on.

A bit like this http://www.elitelettingsolutions.co.uk/

Thanks

Ray

I don't mean to be rude but...

is using publisher to design a webpage
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

As a helpful point instead of just me whining, what you need to tell him to do is use an iframe as that will produce the effect he is looking for.

A warning though. Using any type of frame goes against most usability guidelines and can damage search engine position, but I suppose that is not top priority if Publisher is the chosen authoring tool.

As an aside that site you reference has some serious colour contrast issues with the blue font on an 80% grey, this will make it unreadable to a large section of the male population who have colour defects in their eyesight.
