XBMC and streaming from a Tivo, help required
I stumbled across ccxstream for Tivo the other day so last night set about installing XBMC on the Xbox and ccxstream on the Tivo. And it works to some degree but is very prone to dying and some features do not work.
What works is browsing to the XBMS "Now Showing" share on the Tivo and playing of files.
What does not work is XBMS "Live" or playing from the Tivo Python script of "Now Showing" items. In fact either of these causes the ccxstream server on the Tivo to stop talking on port 1400.
Is anyone successfully using this combination? If so what version of XBMC are you using? I've tried versions 4/3/2005 and 27/5/2005 with v1.0.15 of ccxstream.
