No, it's one GamerTag per XBL account. You can have unamed "guest" accounts. By that I mean if one of you powers up an online multiplayer game, you can both play, one will be Van Tastic the other will be Van Tastic (Guest)
I think the only way to have what you want, is to get yourself your own Xbox Live Account, and thus you're own GT.
Shall I keep an eye out for someone with a GT of BubbleDaisy?
