Default Blacklisting an IP address

We keep getting junk mail though at work that contains the Netsky virus - and it mainly comes from the same place - Norton picks up the virus and quarantines it, but how do we find out which IP address sent it and can we get it blacklisted / blocked on the spamhaus database?
