Finding sony parts

When my sister vaio went the only place I could find any sony parts was Vaio World who are run by Sony UK.
I then found out my sisters laptop was not exactly purchased
so I spent hours looking and found nothing.
Luckly, the laptop managed to fix its self (faulty keyboard).
