Default do not use tiscali broadband

i have been using it from the past 13 months and finally the contract expires and they say its gonna take anothe 45 days to cancel. there service at one point stopped working for 1 and half month and they kept on lying etc. thier service just last week went doen twice for a few hrs i would not recommend them.

Yup, my dad has had no end of problems with this crew aswell...he cancelled his 10 weeks ago and still is unable to go another ADSL provider because they haven't released the lock on the line

Just to balance things up a bit, I've been on the basic Tiscali 150 kbps service, £15.99 a month for nearly a year now and never had a single problem.

Connects first time, everytime, no restrictions.

They're even upgrading to 256 kbps at the end of the month for the same money.

I've had the 256mb service for 11 months now and never had a problem, they are even going to increase it 512mb for the same price after the 12 month period
