To make myself elligable for IT Management roles ?? A general business one ?

I really have no idea but I know its where I wanna be in a few years!

 

People managment I'd guess, but I think the best way of learning is with an understanding employer.

If you don't mind me asking, why do you want to be an IT manager?

Why not a team leader, supervisor? Less paper work, less stress, more hands on, most technichal managers that I have met are not technichal, yes they used to be but the more paper work and budgets you have to do, the less you will remember.

Yes you will get paid more but I'd say a Team Leader, Supervisor is a far better step.
