i played the first one on ps2 and was'nt that impressed is the new anygood on xbox? for that mater is the first one any good on xbox?

Played the demo and unless it is a coincidence there is a massive similarity to Burnout3......both by EA unless I'm incorrect?

have to get my joypad connected back to the pc, spent the whole time power sliding around all the corners using the keyboard

 

My ps2 joypad wont work with it cant set it up in controllers, and then it vibrates like crazy when using the kboard. Ps2 joypad works fine with other games.

 

I'll probably give this a go on the PC this time around but only if it's about ten times better than the first one on the PS2.

 

i use the ps2 but no vibration, don't really care have to use one or two buttons from the keyboard when in explore mode but the rest is the same. its kinda hard though.

 

ali_j so u were able to setup the buttons etc in controller setup? Are u using the play ps2 to USB adapater or another make?

 

yeh i was able to but can't configure the analog stick (just left right etc and hydraulics control.) and no vibration its from agme ps2 to usb thing. how far are you lot i just unlocked coal harbour and got a few cars but not the scooby yet though.

 

dang my play converter wont work with it at all, cant configure any buttons

Im not far in, opened bayview and the one after, got the turbo n paint, carbon bits atm n lots of cash

I'm liking it. Although I think it's just more of the same really. Not much new except the roaming and the Street X racing (which is my least favourite race!) you can also tune your car in terms of ECU settings etc.
One thing I'm not fond of.....
