I know the online feature has been ditched for time being 
but is supposed to be released as a seperate title next year - that might be the Feb date as stated.
Playstation website says release is 1st Quarter 2005

This will be the only GT game I wont be buying
No online play, no damage, sounds like the whole project is some sort of patchwork quilt, adding bits and taking bits away.
They need to pull their fingers out.
