forwarding outlook distribution list emails?

theres a distribution list group that wants emails forwarded to another email address. I cant see an option to forward emails from groups & DLs set up in the address book? any ideas?

Why can't you just add the other address to the Distribution List?

thats true, they could do that. though wouldnt they get 2 emails then?

nope send from DL email goes straight to inbox not other group email. Cant work out what theyve done here...

sorry, don't follow.

What Outlook client are they using and version of Exchange?

Are you saying they send an e-mail to a DL, but not all the recipients recieve a copy?
