Hello

I use Paint Shop Pro, and it has a batch mode I believe.

Make a photoshop action / droplet. Then set it to automate in the File menu.

http://www.batchimage.com

The demo should do what you need it to, with next to no fuss.

I use photoshop. I opt for the automated web photo gallery with inclusive watermark denoting my website... just incase they are saved out and posted elese where. Of course, you cannot guard against the clone tool unless you spay it right across the minute details of your images, but then they are unviewable so pointless posting them up really.
