I bought a X-Box game from Gameseek last week and the game was shipped the next day, however there is a fault with it and I just want a replacement. The problem is they don't reply to my emails (3 sent over last 5 days), They promise to respond within 48 hrs and care about customer service...so it says on the web site. I paid via Paypal and they don't have telephone contact or an address. Has anyone used them before and had reason to return anything, what are my rights if I can't contact them, is there any protection through Paypal...etc etc.
