NTL Webspace trouble!

NTL Webspace trouble!
I've been using my webspace to host photos for Scoobynet etc. For some reason i'm not able to use my uploader thingy.
Is anyone else having this kind of trouble?

What uploader thing are you using? I just use internet explorer or FTP in a command window.
If you want to do it via IE (or other browser) it is of the format:
say for the user billy.bob with password yeehah...
ftp://billy.bob:yeehah@upload.ntlworld.com
That should work so you can at least see if it's your uploader thing messing up

I already use the billybob format as you suggest above. It searches for the contents of the folder and comes up with "windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the filename correctly and that you have permission to access the folder."
Nothing has changed as far as i'm aware since the last time i use the uploader thingy

I have just found out that my firewall is argueing with it
