Whats going on here?

Got a new lcd monitor,set to 1024x768,win ME,but for some reason when i visit ebay i cant see some of the text.
If you highlight it by scrolling over it or clicking it then you can see it.Most other sites/forums are fine.

Completely stumped.

Are you using the driver supplied with the monitor or the standard Windows driver?

Plug and play...no drivers needed.
The thing is all other forums are ok.If you look at the above pic some of the writing is visible,some isnt?
