Hi peeps,

Just need some help so I dont spend the ENTIRE day on the phone. One of my users has a Compaq nc4000 centrino laptop. Great. Problem is they dont come with a cd drive.

Ive bought them the part: DC364A (multibay drive) However for the lfe of me I cant find any part number or anywhere that stocks the drive "receptical" (multibay cradle).

Does anyone know a) part number b) anywhere in the UK with it in stock ?

Thanks

I assume you're meaning the "Advanced Port Replicator". The cost of this is about £140. The part number is DC366B.
I work for the company that designs, builds, and services all Armada and Evo notebook computers for HP/Compaq. So if you have any further questions just drop me a mail.

Actually, you probably only need the multibay cradle part number DC373A#B13, list price is £64. This allows the multibay device to be connected to the USB port.
