Question



Just been on WRC-online.net. All of a sudden getting loads of pop-ups even now ive come off site. Anything, anywhere to download to stop them please

The Google Toolbar works well for me stopping pop-up windows, and it has various handy other features.

Ad-aware and Spybot required, sounds like you have an infestation of spyware.

Even thoguh you have to pay for it (cough) Norton Internet Security 2004 (im using the pro edition) has been absolutely great.

Its a bit of bloatware and hogs a few resources but its worth it.

Loads of firewall logging stuff in there, it logs just abotu everythign that happens with the network, and the popup killer seems realy good so far.
