Slighty confusing post. It sounds like you want the Office suite.
Version 95 upwords (95, 97, 2000, XP (2003) works on Windows XP.
You do NOT have to have Office XP to run on Windows XP, the amount of people that I know that have upgraded due to this

WinRAR is an archive/compression utility which is mainly used for uncompressing files made with a .rar extension.
Why do you need WinRAR, or shouldnt I ask?
