Hi all

I have downloaded some vids recently and they play very oddly. The file is say 6 mins long, but it only plays for about a minute in total. If you use something like Xmpeg itll play it at the full length as it should, but media player seems confused by it.

Ive got the latest divx download.

any ideas??

 

Try downloading Tsunami Filter Pack. It has every codec you can imagine. This should make it work, otherwise try running the clip on Real One Player which is a lot better than windows media player for playing back mpegs
Oh and try upgrading to the newest version of media player through windows update.
