explorer takes me to warnet..

I believe you are referring to Internet Explorer, not Windows Explorer. You are probably the victim of keyword hijacking. Get the latest release of Ad-aware Before scanning, click on the Check for Updates link on the opening page to get the latest profiles, then scan and remove the adware and spyware it will inevitably find.

you should also check the hosts file (C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc folder) as it will probably have been modified by the spyware to redirect search engine calls to their 'preferred' search engine. If it has been modified, you will usually see a hosts.old (or similar) file, which will contain the original host details (if any were set).

You can find more info by searching on "keyword hijacker" on google (suggest you do this on a different PC or after scanning with AdAware to prevent your search being hijacked too)

A pop up company has been at explorer and added somewhere in it to Take me to a Site Called WAR.NET if a site im trying to view does not load up.
its a pain, as i get a CASINO pop up as well.
I cant find any settings in explorer to see why it takes me too WAR.NET very time it cant conect to a web site.

Anyone had this problem

Im using Windows XP Pro.

I hope soemone can help

your browser has been hijacked. download adware6 from www.lavasoft.de update it and do a full scan, should sort you out. its free by the way
