OK as many people are aware there is a lot of confusion around DVD writers and I was wondering if anybody can recommend a (PC)DVD recorder for less then £150

well everyone here is either gonna recommend the pioneer 106 whatever or the nec 1300a , take ya pick, the nec is cheaper but has less compatabililty with which make of discs can be burnt

You can get the Pioneer 106 for £99 inv vat & delivery thats with out software (you will want to get proper software to rip DVD's anyway )

We've been using the Sony multi-format burners they are around £100 now
