I am experiencing problems receiving emails from my business partner who is using nildram and I'm on AOL. Sometimes they arrive OK other times not at all, he however receives from me OK.

Does anyone have any ideas, have complained twice to AOL who says there is no fault at their end.

Any help very much appreciated as it's becoming a pain in the ar$e

Cheers

Some do not arrive at all, have to rely on phoning each other or using messenger service.

Any ideas. We both gone Broadband in the last 6 weeks if that makes a difference.

Is there any type of E-mail that does not arrive (i.e. with attachments) or is it totally hit and miss?

Also, do both of you receive e-mails from other people that do not use either Nildram or AOL.

I ask this as my girlfriend uses AOL and I use Nildram and we have no problems sending e-mail.

I believe it is only from his account I do not always receive emails on a hit and miss bases. We get emails from everyone else, he also receives all the ones I send.

Could it be that AOL being over active with their Spamming?

I've tried AOL direct, reported it a couple of times, but as yet no join. Usual thing when two companies are involved they tend to blame the other.
