had 2 e-mails this morning titled " re: "

i don't recognise the addresses, so i deleted them.

am i right in thinking these could have been viruses ?

Possibly. Unfortunately some the Sales people who work for my company have this nasty habit of not titling their e-mails, so I have to open them all!

they were both scooby related ( in the e mail address )

maybe it's people i've bought / sold stuff to in the past.

 

Personally I delete all emails which have no subject, irrespective of who the sender is.

It was to do with the group buy on gauges i think you'll find, i almost deleted them, but i am using opera as browser and mail at mo and haven't worked out how to turn preview pane off yet else i'd of done the sane thing.

the others were definately addresses that i've never seen before.

are you on the groupbuy ? - have i missed out on any info. apart from the original e-mail ?
