everytime i turn my pc on, i have to press f1 to continue start up?? its started to happen since a recent crash, and the pc is only 3 months old.

its bugging me so any help would be good!

could be a case opening warning
some compaq's have these, to let you know someone has nicked the ram LOL.

might be a setting in the bios to disable alerts of this nature

difficult without a message though

...surely it doesnt just say "press F1" ???

well at the bottom of the black opening page..it never used to to this??!! grr fecking pc`s!!!
