Our frame between us in Brighton and another site in Birmingham went down today. Is anyone else having problems with Frame Relay today in either Brighton or Brum. Brum to another site is working fine so it must be at the Brighton end

Problem continues. This must be the local Brighton BT Exchange as were are losing inbound calls to our call centre as well. Today is not going so well

No problems with the phones 300m east of Brighton railway station. Big problems with one of our servers though .

 

Are you in the Big brick building with the blue window frames? Shared with DVLA and a few other companies?

We had a show in our car park last week as part of the festival - huge crane, loud music maybe they shook the ground so much it interfered with the phone lines??

 

Was it your company that was playing Cold Play bloody loud last week? We spent ages trying to work out where it was coming from.

That's the one. Name changed two years ago though! Interesting how we are known (or not known) locally particularly as I'm spending the day interviewing for a new Director of Communications.
