i am building a website and need to find out some info on displaying peoples information. I cant have what people are pretty sure of, i need the actual regs as one of the club members is gettinfg stroppy and is causing me untold hassle...

however, any opinions would help alot.

depends on what u is doin with the info and what kind of info it is. if u is holdin personal info on people you may fall foul of Data Protection Act 1998 as well as the new Freedom of Information Act.
