Any suggestions?

Have just trawled through some sites and the Compaq Evo 1015v AMD Athlon XP2000 seems good value.

£699.13 direct from Compaq, 256mb DVD ram 30 gb hard disk and DVD.

Any other suggestions or experiences.

I bought mine from this guy. Some of his stuff is second hand (& clearly stated as such), mine was new and a great price.

Compaqs run very hot with Athlon chips so watch out for this problem.
