Just thought I'd say if anybody was thinking of going Mac, I've just upgraded to a new G4 with Allan's help from MacWarehouse

Ordered it yesterday @ lunchtime and it was delivered to my door this morning

It is brill - just using it to type this message now

Upgraded from a G3, and am well happy.

Will be in touch soon Allan, to buy some more RAM!!!

For those of you who don't know, I use my Macs heavily from Hard Disk audio and MIDI production. i was really concerned about the transition from OS9 to OSX. The report so far is, "so far, so good". My main issue has been converting all my VST plugins (vitrual synths and outboard) to Audio Units. I've had to do a bit of shuffling, but it all works! Phew!

MacWarehouse, again, as always, HIGHLY recommended

Only joking, I am betting that Macs are more suitable for this kind of work anyway ?
