Looking for some help from someone with experience with GeForce troubleshooting

The problem is I can't select the output device on which to display Windows.
I use a GeForce3 Ti200.
The option was available before I upgraded from XP Home to XP Pro, but now it is greyed out in XP Pro
I have updated the driver but that's not helped.
