Anyone know any good utillities available for checking the cpu usage or even running Task Manager(check pids etc) via lan on w2k desktops??

If you're after some proper server monitoring you're best off looking at SNMP, if you're just after the odd bit of info then I don't know

Dameware NT Utilities is what you want mate. Top Peice of kit

Edited to say that the remote shutdown feature is a personal favourite of mine

!
