I am having a problem when i click a link to open a new window nothing happens with a blank window staring at me. I press stop on the browser and the address was trying to go to my C drive as follows res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm
i dont understand wot it going on about but i can remember having this problem before and i'm pretty sure that i had to install or download something or other.

So any pc wiz kids out there who would like to help me out i would be so grateful.
