I have a small problem while on the net......

When on some web pages (e.g. Ebay) I get a blank space towards the top of the page with a white icon with a blue "!" in it.

Can any one tell me what this is? It’s not only on Ebay, it happens on some other web sites too.

I have tried disabling my firewall/anti virus and I have also set my security settings in Internet Explorer to default but this doesn't cure the problem.

Any help appreciate.

 

I believe thats the Action Cancelled screen. If its shown in a banner, you wont get the whole page viewable. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I normally get that screen when I have a problem with DNS.

Yea thats the one "Action Cancelled".

What causes this any one know? I use to get the banners showing but dont seem to any more and have not changed any settings that I know of???

The problem is sometimes parts of web pages don't show up either and displays the same "action cancelled".
