Question

Right,i have a word document that is 1/2 a page in size and i want this printing twice on one sheet of paper at the top then under it then i just cut it in half and have 2.I cannot find where to set it up to do this,i have seen this before,does anyone know where the hell it is.

Can you not just cut and paste the text so you have it all on the same page twice ? That is what I would suggest without further info. with regards to your operating system, version of Word or printer model.

Hi Ian,

There is a piccy in there and it was all imported from my scanner and wont let me copy and paste below,boxes keep appearing and strange things going on.

Paul,

This my vary from printer to printer and is on Word 2000.

On the Print dialogue box, click Properties. I get an option to choose the "Number of Pages Per Sheet". In theory setting this to two should work.

Number of pages per sheet is if your document is 4 pages you can have all four on one sheet.

Lables - I seem to remember defining a label which was half a sheet of A4 paper and then specifying that I wanted a whole page of identical labels.

The print dialog box works for me. Word 2000 (sp3) and an HP LaserJet 4050N printer.

It just looks like two seperate B4 pages in Word.
