NT4 - Roaming profiles not being saved

Fellow Admins,
There's a Technet article Q325086 that talks of a new winspool.drv file to fix a roaming profile error I'm getting on my terminal servers. The file is dated 9/7/02 11:35, version number 4.0.1381.7177.
I've tried to contact Microsoft online but have no end of problems finding a valid product ID the site acknowledges (they are valid by the way but MS doesn't recognise them). The alternative method is going through our product supplier, Dell, so you now know why I'm coming here next!
Anyone got it or can suggest somewhere else to pull it from? Let me know in this thread if you can help and I will send you my work email address. Thanks in advance.
