I'm just in the process of chopping over from Outlook Express to Outlook and managed to transfer all the files over, but I have found that I cant send nor receive mails. Also I can only seem to add one user and not myself for e mail accounts.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Nath

Which version of Outlook are you using?

Can you be more specific as to the problems you are having, and are you getting any error messages?

Hi, I'm not sure of the version although when I went into properties it just said

Microsoft Outlook

When I click on send message this comes back from System Administrator

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Rita Home (E-mail) on 12/01/03 19:30
No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient.

This was just a test message.

Any idea?

Thanks Nath

Cool

47 Nat...Outlook will import all the files etc.

However I had the same problem. You need to go into accounts and reset the accounts again including passwords etc

Once you have done that all should be OK.

To find out which version, click on Help > About.

It sounds like you may have it set up for Corporate/Workgroup use. In Outlook 2000 (not sure about other versions) you can change this to Internet only by going to Tools > Options > Mail Delivery and click on Reconfigure Mail Support.
