Unhappy

Went to grant permissions to a user mailbox, but the Permissions tab isn't showing under the mailbox properties.

Anyone any ideas why this has disappeared?

I'm logged on as Administrator who has Admin rights to the Exchange site. I've tried the Exchange Admin utility from serveral servers and they all show nothing.

Has the User changed the permissions themself (as the author) taking editor rights away from Admin?

Just a guess, as I've never tried it but its how Public Folders can be managed.

Nah, it's a brand new user. The permissions tab is missing for everyone.

If I run the Admin util from a remote server (different site), it shows, but I don't have permissions under that remote username.

Cheers Nadger, that did the trick.

Someone must have turned it off while I was away on holiday.

Nadger has it right, and make sure you're connected to the correct site, not looking at the account from another server via the GAL.
