every day i get junk email any ideas how to stop this being sent to me?? also i get pop ups every other time and they get on my thrupney bits aswell can i stop these?? i have pop up watch installed but dont make a difference

what email client are you using? you can get plug-in spam filters for outlook and outlook express, just do a search for 'junk mail filter'. If you are using IE you can use my 'popstop' http://www.landerconsultants.com/downloads/popstop.exe which limits number of instances of IE running.

I use Mailwasher, which is good and stops spam getting to my Outlook mailbox, but it relies on me bouncing it or deleting it first.
