Any shareware utilities for copying an image of a hard-drive to a smaller one, so it will boot, run the OS, everything? Can't be bothered to reinstall everything.

You could download a trial version of Ghost from the Symantec website.

If youve got Win XP you will need one of the latest versions of Ghost or Drive image.
