Is there anyway of connecting to these via the mac address at all.
I cant connect via the IP Address as I dont know it.

I have downloaded 3Com Network discovery utility, but to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas please

Use the serial port to change the IP address ?

 

Have no valid record of the ip address, it has been changed from the default though

 

You don't need to know the ip address to connect from the serial/console port....

 

Tried that via Hyperterminal checked the settings against 3com's recommendations but dont seem to be getting any response
