Does anyone know how to retrieve passwords store in cookie files ? Or for exmaple transfer them from my work PC to my home PC ?

Had a trawl around news groups, the web etc. but found nothing obvious.

No just cookies in general - I have a few at home and a few at work, and I wanted to know if you can transfer them around - or decrypt their contents even . ?

It's up to the web site developer how he/she stores info in the cookie. If the point is to have the same cookies available at work and at home - then try this. You using Internet Explorer? Go...
- File
- Import and Export
- Next
- Choose "Export Cookies"
- Choose a file name to export to
- Finish (will now export cookies)

...then reverse for your 'target' PC (i.e. "Import Cookies"...).

If you're using Netscape (or Mozilla, I think) then the cookie info is stored in one file called cookies.txt - IIRC.

Hope that sorts it.
