A Light blue background in Word???

One of the secretaries is whinging that her old pc used to have a light blue background in word, with black text.

In Windows 2000.. how can i set this?

anyone any ideas??

Format / background - pick a colour

Pick a text colour from the toolbar............

Option in Word 2000. Go to Tools | Options, select General tab and you can then select "blue background, white text".

That isn't what you asked for but might be what she means ?

Alternative is to set the system wide colours to what she wants, this will of course affect everything on the system.

You can set this via the appearance setting under the display options.

right click on the desktop > properties > appearance > select the background of the active window box and set it to whatever colour she wants it to be. Do the same for the text.

Alternatively, if she wants the WP style, in word, under options, select the general tab and then tick the blue background, white text option.
